Could I get your ranking of the highest high tea places (I know the first three are Ritz, Hyatt, and Mandarin)

Personal ranking (my opinion): Four Seasons Marunouchi (although I dont think its as good as it used to be), The Ritz, The Palace Hotel, Il Bulgari.
