High Tea in Tokyo (and beyond)

A list of high tea reviews in Tokyo and beyond.

I’m on a mission to sample all of Tokyo’s high/afternoon tea offerings. Here, you can find links to the reviews and numerous photos of high tea/afternoon tea venues in Tokyo (Japan, and other parts of the world) that you can drool at. (Numbers refer to the order in which I partook in tea and not a ranking indication.)

Click each one for the review. (Sorry, some of the links are not active the moment, but most should be. Please check back in as I will update these soon).

Thanks for the post. I enjoy afternoon tea in the states, but it seems like it’s reserved for more elegance in Japan. It’s nice to know what to expect from where you go.

Please come enjoy afternoon tea at Rose Town Tea Garden. We are a Western family run business in Ome, Tokyo. We would love to hear your thoughts.

Could I get your ranking of the highest high tea places (I know the first three are Ritz, Hyatt, and Mandarin)
